Party Rents of Galveston - Delivery & Rental Terms

RATES:

Prices quoted are for one day rental. Long term rates must be arranged in advance. Rates are based on time out whether used or not and are subject to change without notice. To guarantee reservations, we require a deposit to be paid in advance. Cancellations may be subject to a fee and/or loss of deposit.

DELIVERY & PICKUP:

Delivery and pickup are available at a fee. Delivery charges are doorstep to doorstep. Special condition deliveries, such as above ground floor, are offered at an additional charge.

All china and glassware are rented sterilized, packed and undamaged. If you discover a chipped or broken item upon delivery, please notify us at once so you will not be charged for the item. Returned items should be rinsed and replaced in same containers.

Linen should be refuse free and dry to prevent mildew. Linens must be wax free to avoid additional charges.

Set up and breakdown of tables and chairs are offered at an additional charge. Arrangements for this service MUST be made prior to delivery or pick up.

LOSS OR DAMAGE:

Responsibility for equipment remains with the leasee from time of delivery or pick up to time of return. Please make sure equipment is protected from weather and secured when not in use. Exposure of equipment to the elements will incur additional charges. No equipment may be taken apart, or moved to another address, unless written consent is given. An additional charge will be added to severely soiled items that require special cleaning.

8.25% Sales Tax will be added to all orders.
